1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted or clearance items
  • Perishable goods (if applicable)

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • In some cases, processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the specified period:

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at [email protected]  We’ll be happy to assist you in exchanging the product, provided it is still within the 30-day return window and the item is in new condition.
