Shipping policy
At Finn Adventure, we are committed to delivering your adventure gear quickly and efficiently. This Shipping Policy provides details about our shipping options, processing times, and associated costs to ensure a smooth and transparent shipping experience.
1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders or encounter any unforeseen delays, shipping times may be slightly extended. In such cases, we will notify you via email.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days
Delivery estimates are based on your location and the selected shipping method. Please note that delivery times do not include processing time.

- Domestic Shipping: We offer shipping across all 50 U.S. states, including Hawaii and Alaska.
- International Shipping: We offer shipping to select countries. Additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. These will vary based on the destination country’s regulations.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. You can track your order directly through our website or the carrier’s site using the tracking number provided.
5. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, certain factors such as weather conditions, customs processing (for international orders), or carrier delays may affect delivery times. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with your neighbors or building manager to ensure it was not left in a secure location.
- Wait 24 hours, as some carriers may mark a package as delivered prematurely.
